The James Beard Foundation released its list of semifinalists for the 2023 Restaurant and Chef Awards. Chef Michelle Bernstein’s Cafe La Trova is a semifinalist for Outstanding Bar. Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, March 29, and the winner's gala will be Monday, June 5, in Chicago.
