The Compère Lapin chef is partnering with a group that includes Michelle Bernstein, Rodney Scott, Tiffani Faison, and Marc Forgione for ShaSha Lounge: Social Aid and Pleasure Club in New Orleans. They plan to fund local disaster relief efforts with a large percentage of the proceeds.
